Hehe to Tom's comment, actually I also though it was a fried egg for a split second.;))
But no no, we have those "boller" in Denmark as well, it a sweet pastry with a creamy filling-top (the yellow) and sugar or perhaps coconut? (the white frosting). Or at leats it is a very similar one.;)
In any case - Yummy.;))

Protege has it. :-) The white stuff is coconut. I bought it on impulse; haven't had one in years. It was very good.
