Stop it!

Everybody's talking about it. Everybody. But to tell the truth, hearing about it is getting as tiring as that other piece of "news". And when Joy of Tech does three jokes in a row about it, I've had enough. There is no where to turn where it's not mentioned. Even iTunes is out in a new version solely so I can sync to it. And the darned thing may not even work in Norway when it finally gets here sometime in October. So can we talk about something else, please?

the fact that Jobs chose ATT (in spite of how gawd-awful ATT is) makes it a non-starter.

But it is pretty!

Since there is no AT&T in Europe, that's point's both moot and essential. It makes launching the iPhone in Europe more difficult. I'm starting to think the iPhone will just be a really cool iPod. :-)

Oh, but I want one, yes I do. Unfortunately I'm with Verizon, so iPhone for Jeff right now. But he wants one. Oh, yes he does.

I remember that originally I'd heard that Jobs was going with Cingular - which would've worked for me.. though I can't see dumping the Razr after only a couple of years.

Eventually? I might get one. But they'd have to have integrated all the stuff I use on my PPC, and work with someone other than ATT.

I'm getting that reaction I usually get when Everybody Else Does or Wants Something: I refuse to join in. Which is also why you won't find me on Facebook.
